There are certain restrictions that you will need to adhere to during your recovery from your breast augmentation. These restrictions are put in place to minimize the chance of experiencing a complication that could put your health or results at risk.

During your recovery, you will not be able to submerge your breasts underwater while the incisions heal. You should avoid baths, hot tubs, and pools for a period of three to four weeks. You will not be able to shower for the first 36 hours after your procedure. After this time, you can shower normally, but make sure to be gentle around the breasts.

Contact KH Plastic Surgery to schedule a consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Ari Hoschander. They can provide you with all the information you need to know before your procedure.
